SALUS NanoSealer
- Building Protectant

Buildings treated with Salus NanoSealer become super-hydrophobic and self-cleaning. Dirt, atmospheric corrosives and pollutants cannot stick, so less frequent cleaning is required.

Once any surface, hard or soft, is properly cleaned, then sealed with Salus NanoSealers to defended against UV degradation, corrosion and pollutants, surfaces stay cleaner and look fresher longer, clean far more quickly and easily saving 30% to 50% on labor time and materials.

Smart Nanotechnology based sealers isolate surfaces from the atmosphere and attack, rather than try to resist pollutants which damage and degrade them.

Non-horizontal surfaces become self-cleaning, heat reflective and decompose greenhouse gases to non-hazardous gases. Floors and flatwork are protected from water incursion damage, micro abrasions and soil adhesion.

Salus 4th generation, 4 dimensional Nano-particles penetrate more deeply into any surface and leaves a Nano-scale irregular surface on top, "Lotus Leaf Effect". Deeper penetration and integration for longer durability.

Rain will clean the treated surfaces as dust, dirt, grime and atmospheric corrosion roll or flush-off the surface. The surface finish is protected for greater longevity and minimizes routine maintenance.

SALUS NANOTECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO BUILDINGS CHANGES CO2 INTO HARMLESS GASES

Like trees use Photosynthesis, NanoSealer uses Photocatalytic Oxidation to reduce environmental hazardous gases.

Light from the sun, or indoor sources, make Nanoparticles in NanoSealer become cleaners to change the air, just like green foliage. Leading to carbon neutrality.

Additional benefits include buildings and vehicles staying cleaner longer, reducing cleaning chemicals and VOCs – leading better IAQ and even more carbon neutral places.
